The label rewinder works by automatically rewinding labels onto cores for batch labeling applications.In the process of rewinding,you can also equip corresponding machines to handle the expected work on the labels,such as equipped with a laser coding machine to print the production date on the labels in advance for subsequent use.With a label rewinder,you no longer have to manually collect labels and waste time monitoring a large number of print jobs to get a neat roll of printed labels

With PLC control panel,it is easy to set working parameters and control machine to run.Language of panel can be customized.

The label rolling speed can be adjusted according to production need.It can only roll in positive direction.Please contact us if you need one which can roll in positive and negative direction.

 

When working with label marking machine,the label sensor can detect labels accurately and control machine to print date.Its sensitivity can be adjusted as needed.
